Last week, a box gutter were replaced and damaged tiles were re-installed. A dedicated gutter design for proper fitting (Thanks!). Some rain leaks occurred after the guttering work, and a sealing problem of the gutter was identified and repaired. Waiting for the next rain to see if all works or not.
